The museum is opening specially to coincide with a village celebration of the life of the man who ran Marton Garage from the 1940s until the 1970s, organised by his son. It was famous for Aston Coaches that were based there. There are a number of attractions in the village including vintage cars and coaches…
A special event at the museum this summer
We opened the museum all day on both 17th and 18th September and the volunteers were kept busy pretty much all weekend, showing around many interested visitors and engaging in discussions about our artefacts.
